A former antiques dealer who pleaded guilty in August to bilking customers out of more than $140,000 has been sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay partial restitution.

Victoria Padgett, 59, pleaded guilty in August to 14 state felony counts of tax fraud and theft of property stemming from operations at her Crump-Padgett Antique Gallery, which went bankrupt.
